Building my own photography business has been rewarding, thrilling, exhausting, and terrifying, but I've never once regretted taking the plunge. I love everything about what I do, from befriending so many awesome couples, to attending dance parties almost every weekend, and even the snuggly Monday mornings I spend huddled up editing photos to perfection. Not a day goes by that I take it for granted.
I love getting to bring personality and humanity to all of my sessions, galleries, and the art we create together. Because your memories deserve to be beautiful + full of joy!

I've been rocking the full-time wedding photography game for about a decade now, but one could say I've been a photographer my entire life. I was always the go-to photo documentarian for vacations, parties, and events throughout my early life, and really began to hone in on portraits and professional photos in my college years. Photographing weddings was always the dream, but after having my son I began to see the fun + fulfillment in family photography as well! Since then I've been doing a variety of wedding + portrait packages, and it's been so special following along with my client's lives and families as they grow!

I've been rocking the full-time wedding photography game for the last couple years, but one could say I've been a photographer my entire life. I did my best to balance shooting weddings with my full-time job for a few years, but my inner entrepreneur was starting to pine for my attention. In April of 2018, I finally gave in. Building my own photography business has been rewarding, thrilling, exhausting, and terrifying, but I've never once regretted taking the plunge.
I love everything about what I do, from befriending so many awesome couples, to attending dance parties almost every weekend, and even the snuggly Monday mornings I spend huddled up editing photos to perfection.

Kyle and I tend to surround ourselves with a crew of 10-15 friends at any given moment, and our people are our purpose. We love party planning, weekly dinners, and fun holiday traditions.
We are both psychology nerds, and hope to channel that into our work at some point. But for the time being, our love for people is funneled towards our friends, family, and work- which for me includes all the lovely couples and families that I get to spend my days with! Does that count as work?

We have a sweet, smiley, + adorable son Beckett (born in 2024) and two personality-forward kitties-- Bo, who is an orange guy with a loud meow and a chicken nugget obsession, and Millie, who is a lovebug and snuggler but also sleeps in the trash sometimes. Seattle is our home, and we are classic Seattleites in our love for fresh sashimi, bodies of water, walking with Beckett in any weather, and husky football (go dawgs!)

Some day down the line, we hope to get degrees in marriage and family therapy, open a joint private practice, and make a small but hopefully significant impact in the world of mental health. But for the time being, our love for people is funneled towards our friends, family, and work- which for me includes all the lovely couples I get to spend my days with!
