This one was a good one. Hailey and Jared’s wedding day was classy, full of heart, and just the right amount of chaos (the fun kind). Between their ceremony at St. Thomas Episcopal Church and their Fox Hollow Farm reception, the whole day felt like a timeless Seattle love story, with a few puddles and a whole lot of joy mixed in.
The day kicked off with that classic PNW drizzle that decides to stick around just to keep things interesting. Hailey was the calmest bride ever, totally unfazed and glowing in that “it’s my wedding day” way. Jared showed up in his Navy uniform looking sharp, and the second those church doors opened, he was all smiles.
Their ceremony at St. Thomas was traditional and heartfelt, and I was tearing up without realizing it from behind the camera. Watching them say their vows surrounded by their people, you could feel how much this day meant to everyone there.
After the ceremony, we all made our way to Fox Hollow Farm for the reception, and it was the perfect fall scene. The rain kept the colors rich, the candles glowing, and everyone cozied up inside the tent ready to celebrate. Fox Hollow always brings that mix of elegance and warmth, and paired with Hailey and Jared’s style, it was chef’s kiss.
The night rolled from toasts that had everyone laughing and wiping tears, to a packed dance floor, to a sendoff that looked like something straight out of a movie. And yes, they left in a Rolls Royce, because of course they did.
This Traditional Navy Wedding at Fox Hollow Farm had everything, tradition, style, and so much love. Hailey and Jared made it classy without losing the fun. The whole day just felt good. Rain and all, it was one of those weddings that reminded me how lucky I am to do this job.
