Back in June, I had the most amazing West Seattle engagement session with Juj and Reece! These two cuties had a whole itinerary for their sesh, including a trip to Elysian Taproom and a stroll along Alki Beach! We got so many fun shots of them traipsing around the brewery, the train tracks across the street, and the waterfront pathway.

Juj and Reece looked absolutely stunning, and their waterfront pics gave big California energy — not surprising as Alki is sometimes seen as the SoCal beachfront of Seattle. But the real star of the show was their furry friend, who was on cloud nine being in the spotlight with his favorite humans! And let me tell you, the laughter and giggling between these two was nonstop, which always makes for some of my favorite pics.

As the sun started to dip below the horizon, Juj and Reece kicked off their shoes and dipped their feet into the water, goofing off like a couple of kids. They were genuinely having SO much fun. Capturing Juj and Reece was an absolute joy for me. It’s moments like these that remind me why I fell in love with photography in the first place. Being able to freeze these precious moments in time for people and capture memories that will be cherished for a lifetime is truly so special.
