Kind Words from Clients:

"I hired Brynna to photograph my bachelorette party and she did such an AMAZING job! She is so fun, and SO TALENTED with the camera! She also had a quick turnout for the fully edited" images, which turned out beautifully.

-Kirsten Carter

Okay, so for years I had been itching to get back to The Nordic Museum in Ballard for another wedding. I first shot there way back in June 2019, and ever since, it’s held this little piece of my photographer heart. It’s just one of those venues that sticks with you—like if Vikings and Vogue had a love child. If you haven’t been, think: bright natural light, clean modern lines, stunning architectural details, and so many photogenic corners it’s actually hard to stop shooting.

So when Demi and Christian told me they were tying the knot there? Immediate YES.

From Rooftop Vibes to Waterfront Strolls

The day kicked off just down the street at the Olympic Hotel in Ballard, which has the prettiest rooftop and was the perfect spot for the couple to get ready. We lucked out with that classic Seattle bright-overcast sky (photographer’s dream), and got some absolute gems of the two of them soaking in the moment up there—quiet, sweet, and full of anticipation.

From there, we headed to the Ballard Locks for their first look and group portraits, just as the sun decided to peek out. Timing? Impeccable. The light hit just right, and we captured the sweetest, most effortless shots of them strolling hand-in-hand along the waterfront path at the top of the park. The vibes were pure rom-com magic, and I was HERE for it.

Ceremony Goals at the Nordic Museum

Then it was back to the museum—and WOW. The space was fully transformed. Think fresh florals, tasteful signage, and that incredible modern architecture pulling it all together. Demi and Christian chose to have their ceremony in the museum hallway (yes, in the hallway!) and it was seriously one of the most unique, stunning setups I’ve seen. Light poured in through the windows, the acoustics were beautiful, and the whole space felt both intimate and epic at the same time.

Huge shoutout to Demi and Christian for letting me be a part of such a gorgeous, Nordic-inspired celebration. You two are effortlessly cool, madly in love, and yes—absolutely making everyone else just a tiny bit jealous of your wedding gallery.

Skål to the hottest newlyweds and a wedding day for the books! 🍻
