Hey friends! This fall 2025 wedding season was such a good one, and Dannise & Andrew’s MV Skansonia celebration was one of those days that just hit right. From a meaningful church ceremony to a full-on party on Lake Union, it had such a great rhythm to it. The kind of day where everything flows and you leave feeling like you just witnessed something really special.
We started the day at their church ceremony, and I’ll be honest — church weddings have really grown on me. The lighting, the structure, the quiet anticipation as everyone settles in. It used to stress me out early in my career, but now I’ve come to really appreciate it. There’s something sacred about that kind of space.
Dannise looked stunning walking down the aisle, and Andrew’s reaction was one of those subtle, steady moments that says everything without being over the top. The ceremony felt grounded and heartfelt, and it set such a solid tone for the rest of the day.
After the ceremony, the wedding party brought color, personality, and a whole lot of hype. Amanda captured some of my favorite portraits from the day — they’re vibrant and full of life. These are the definition of joyful candid photos!
You could tell this crew genuinely loves Dannise & Andrew. It wasn’t forced. It was loud laughs, inside jokes, and friends who showed up big.
Then we boarded the MV Skansonia and things got cozy. Lake Union was showing off with city reflections and crisp evening air. The reception unfolded so naturally. Speeches that had people laughing one minute and tearing up the next. A dance floor that filled quickly and stayed that way.
Honestly, this MV Skansonia Fall Wedding had the whole package. Meaningful ceremony. Colorful portraits. A boat full of people ready to dance. Big cheers to Dannise & Andrew! Thank you for letting me be part of your incredible day.
